All our new design face masks feature a wire nose band, 3 layers as well a pocket into which additional filtration( not included) can be added. Our masks are reversible, light weight, breathable, completely washable and reusable.

 

The outer layer and liner are 100% pre-washed cotton. The sewn-in middle layer is made of medical sterilization fabric. This surgical fabric is a Low-lint SMS fabric,tear, flame, and abrasion resistant. It has a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) from 98.9% to 99.9% when used for sterilization but it has not been tested for and is not warrantied for off label uses such as when sewn into masks.

 

Please be advised that our masks are NOT respirators or N95. These masks Do NOT have any ratings based on the filtering levels of bacteria and viruses. They are basic fabric masks and not medical grade. They should not be microwaved unless the wire nose piece is first removed.
